Plant-Based Sensational Salads May 4, 2024

Join MaryEllen Bunce for a tour of sensational summer salads! The menu is still tentative, but may feature curried chickpea salad, no-tuna salad, broccoli salad, German potato salad, and wild rice salad, with a simple dessert! This will be our final get together with MaryEllen, whose programs have brightened our kitchen for the past three years!

MaryEllen always brings fresh perspectives on vegan cooking from her substantial collection and innovative creativity. Her training in plant-based nutrition and enthusiasm for sharing her personal experience in overcoming serious health concerns make her an exciting advocate for healthy eating. She has made it her mission to make plant-based cooking more accessible to others.

Each session runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes demonstrations by MaryEllen followed by a delicious buffet of her freshly prepared dishes. Along the way, she shares her tips and know-how and printed recipes to ensure you can recreate these dishes at home. The $25 fee covers the cost of ingredients.
